EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of intimate garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the garment has left the store, whether it is an in-store or online purchase.

HANDLING & USAGE POLICY

If, during the fitting, the client uses creams, oils, perfumes, or causes damage with nails, rings, chains, or is wearing the garment during their menstrual period and the garment is stained or torn, it must be paid for immediately, even if it has not been fastened.

WARRANTY POLICY

In case of a manufacturing defect (damaged zipper, torn fabric):
* For online orders, the customer must notify us within the first 24 hours of receiving the product.
* For in-store purchases, defects must be verified before leaving the store.
We do not offer refunds. Each case will be evaluated for possible exchange.
